Job description :
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Sales modules, including configuration, customization, and development using tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Solution Design: Design and architect solutions using Microsoft Dynamics Sales modules to address business requirements effectively.
Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics Sales modules, including but not limited to leads, opportunities, quotes, orders, and invoices.
Integration: Integrate Microsoft Dynamics Sales with other business systems such as ERP, CRM, or third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
Required Skills:
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and processes.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Microsoft Dynamics Sales and recommend improvements or optimizations to existing solutions.
