Join the Capgemini Americas Cloud Practice leading Generative AI solutions with Microsoft to deliver transformational business. Your mission will be to shape Generative AI and cloud transformation solutions to drive clients’ business impact that differentiates them in the marketplace. Your expertise will directly impact cost optimization, business agility, and technology modernization, all essential elements of Capgemini's dedication to excellence.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and define Microsoft Generative AI strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Engage with clients to understand Generative AI requirements, present cloud solutions, and assure alignment with strategic goals.

  • Articulate Microsoft Generative AI product features and differentiation as well as Capgemini’s ability to implement these technology solutions to Cloud sales professionals, alliance team members and clients.

  • Define comprehensive Microsoft Generative AI solutions to address specific client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

  • Work with our delivery leadership to respond to opportunities, and team-sell through RFP responses or other types of sales cycles

  • Provide thought leadership by staying connected to the latest trends and innovations in Generative AI and cloud technology, incorporating them into our strategic approach.

Required Skills

  • Apply your strong business and technical proficiencies, and client engagement skills to provide the highest-level consultation to sales teams, prospects, and clients to achieve sales goals.

  • Expertise with Microsoft Generative AI and Cloud technologies, including the products, sales organization/approach, services, and partners.

  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to engage with clients and internal teams across the region.

  • Understanding of services sales and partner-based selling

  • 15 years of Professional Services, Business Development and/or partner management experience
