Capgemini React.js - Lead Architect in Atlanta, Georgia

Job Description:

As an Architect in our engineering team, you'll have a key role in shaping the future of our Technology and Application (Web). Your responsibilities include designing and improving large-scale, high-traffic applications, implementing modern technologies, and ensuring optimal user experiences. You'll be a technical leader, collaborating with various teams and providing solutions to complex technical challenges, requiring a deep understanding of software engineering concepts and a commitment to innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work / Enhance on multi-brand Web architecture solutions that meet customer requirements.

  • Design Document and maintain Web architectures.

  • Design, develop, and deliver Web solutions that conform to industry standards and best practices.

  • Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure solutions are delivered according to customer needs and within budget.

  • Research and evaluate new and emerging Web architectures and technologies.

  • Identify and resolve Web development issues.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to other teams.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.

  • Monitor and adjust Web solutions as needed to ensure performance and satisfaction.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Required Experience:

  • Total 12-15 years of Industry experience in Web, UI.

  • 5 Yrs. of Proven Web Architect and Design Experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Web architectures and technologies - ReactJS, JavaScript.

  • Understanding of domains - QSR, Retail, E-Commerce.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with project management and Agile methodologies

  • Any other Web technology like Angular or web technologies.
