Job description:

As Enterprise Architect, you will be a key figure to shape, solution and deliver large business led transformation programs, across various industries – Retail, CP, Automotive, Life Sciences, Aerospace & Defense, High Tech, Machinery - helping them build their multi-pillar architectures based on SAP S/4 and BTP solutions, integrated with best-in-class Apps, in a multi-Cloud environment.

The Global SAP COE is the deal shaping, pre-sales and go-to-market leading team in charge of shaping and selling Large Business Transformation Programs across all Regions (Americas, Europe, APAC). The SAP CoE core team is made of Business and Solutions experts, Program Management Advisors and Enterprise Architects, that are driving the rapid expansion of our SAP business globally around SAP S/4HANA , BTP and RISE

Architecture is key to enable agile and value driven Digital Transformation supported by S/4HANA as the core and enriched with Vertical Apps in the Cloud. Our Multi-Pillar S/4HANA architecture provides a framework for these multi-components, multi-cloud architectures and Capgemini is recognized for this expertise in complex architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You as a Global SAP CoE team member will be assigned to be a part of SAP Global CoE -located in either North America or Europe - to support the digital transformation of global companies and respond to their challenges of transforming their businesses around SAP solutions (S/4HANA at the core, BTP, and all required extensions from both SAP, Hyper-scalers or other third party SAP partners).

  • You will be a key figure of the early shaping, ERP advisory, solutioning and delivery of SAP transformation programs, leveraging our unique and flexible end-to-end Large Transformation Program and Reference model approach. Starting from the business ambition, we translate it into a target architecture and progressive roadmap that delivers business value faster, by combining “core SAP” implementation of SAP S/4HANA and Agile delivery for the BTP and other best-of-breed Cloud applications.

  • Given the key contribution that it brings to Capgemini SAP business globally – both in presales and in projects - the Global SAP CoE has a highly visible profile, both internally and externally and is viewed as a crucial element in driving the growth and success of Capgemini. As a SAP Global CoE team member, you will be at the heart of our continued expansion of SAP business.

  • Your field of play is North America or Europe – the job can be based anywhere and includes a combination of work from home and physical presence at customers or events as required.

  • You will have a passion to work with our clients, advising them on how to design their enterprise architecture to get the most out of their SAP and Cloud technologies.

Required Skills:

  • Enterprise Architecture experience on more than 5 major projects, including SAP and other technologies like SAP BTP, Cloud solutions, specialized packages, to cover the full end-to-end business processes.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP including BTP and other PaaS & third-party tools.

  • Experienced in using enterprise architecture modelling tools like LeanIX.

  • Technical architecture / how to refresh and re-build estates / Integration

  • Evidence of pre-sales experience, with the demonstrable ability to shape and structure RFx responses.

  • Experience in presenting to senior client stakeholders up to and including CxO-level.

  • Knowledge of the strategic direction of SAP products and how to architect those into a consistent framework.

  • You have a passion to work with our clients, advising them on how best to architect their IT landscape – for future and evolving business needs.

  • Endowed with natural leadership abilities, your qualities of customer relationship and business development are recognized.

  • Oriented towards the satisfaction of your customers, you are driven by a taste for challenges, and you know how to transform constraints into opportunities.

  • You are used to working in an international environment, with different teams – Business Advisory Consultants, Solution Experts, Marketing and Sales teams, and create networks across countries.

  • You are an engaging and enthusiastic communicator, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Your experience in presenting to senior client stakeholders goes up to and including CxO-level.

  • Additionally you are able to demonstrate either experience or willingness to learn.

  • You have strong connections with the broader SAP ecosystem e.g. SAP and other relevant partner organizations

  • You are mobile, you have a good level of communication and you like innovative projects.

  • An offshore or international experience would be a real plus!

  • You will have a depth of consulting and functional experience across SAP and partner components in your area of expertise, a strong knowledge of the strategic direction of SAP in your expertise domain, and a clear vision of related trends in different Industries.

  • You will work alongside our Architects extensive capability network to go beyond your areas of expertise when needed.
