Title: Strategy and Operations Consultant

Location: New Jersey / Chicago, IL / Atlanta, GA / Columbia, SC

Job Description:

  • Ability to analyse complex topics and digest quickly.

  • Ability to learn and be intellectually curious Focus on Detail in delivery Ability to create PPT and manage excel efficiently.

  • Experience Understand Agile Delivery Understand Contact Center Technology.

  • Understand CRM Technologies

  • Understand basics of service operations CX tools workflow systems customer feedback systems etc Intermediate knowledge of design and workshop tools.

Required skills:

  • Must have PPT Skills for executive briefings.

  • Ability to manage client conversations Intellectually curious strong empathetic people skills strong project management skills.

  • Ability to contextualize work well Ability weave together unrelated components of projects unifying them into a cohesive strategy story awareness of business financials and how to marry metrics with business financial outcomes.

  • Know how to be nimble in dialogue i e memorizing lines is not good enough.

  • Ability to identify opportunities at a client experience running workshops dynamic client meetings Ability to quickly solution complex problems.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
