Job Description:

Looking for a highly motivated and expert Sales Executive-Client Partner to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling engineering services to Hi-Tech clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of the technology landscape and the outstanding needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify, target, and engage potential Hi-Tech clients to promote our engineering services.

· Researching, mapping, establishing, developing, and maintaining positive relationships with key decision-makers.

· Present, promote and sell solutions/services to existing and prospective customers.

· Lead Generation, qualifying, negotiating, and closing opportunities for client with the objective of driving profitable growth.

· Building and running qualified sales pipeline consistent with account strategy.

· Leading client relationship independently or with support from Client Partner or Client Leader; Listening to the client and working jointly to identify the client’s biggest engineering challenges, preferences and purchasing triggers.

· Structuring and crafting deals for Value, demonstrating, and providing input on offerings, services, capabilities.

Required Skills :

· 8-15 years business development/hunting and client account management experience in technology accounts like Dell, HPE, HPI, Lenovo.

· Experience and good understanding of engineering and IT services.

· 3 – 5 years validated experience in crafting and closing deals – deal sizes $5-10M independently.

· At least 3 – 5 years of Prior selling into Engineering and Technology groups of key software and Hi-Tech companies.

· Experience with selling to High Tech industry sector to Tier-one companies.

· Strong background in solution selling – Digital Engineering, Manufacturing and Design.

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

· University degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Related Sciences or similar degree.

· Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.

· Collaboration with internal teams across business lines and industry.

· Travel up to 40%
