Title: Pega Lead

Location: Charlotte NC

Responsibilities

  • Develops code analyses monitors and resolves system issues

  • Responsible for sophisticated user stories encompassing complex feature development with broad impacts on a portfolio of applications and or systems

  • Assists with software and system design and architecture within the assigned portfolio

  • Identifies process and technical deficiencies and offers solutions to resolve.

  • Develops strategies to mitigate risk and translate those strategies into specific action plans

  • Provides mentorship to all technical staff at all levels on Pega-related topics

  • Identifies standard processes and drives the creation of Organizational Standards

  • Ability to Translate business requirements into design application builds Critically reviews work of other team members

  • Analyzes Identifies and logs improvements bugs for the Pega Platform

Experience and Skills

  • 10 years of Pega Platform implementation experience PEGA certification CSSA Certified Senior Systems Architect or LSA Lead System Architect

  • 5 years of Architecture and Design of sophisticated applications' experience in Enterprise Applications

  • Experience with integration technologies and database applications such as SOAP REST Oracle SQL Server Postgres Strong object oriented design and implementation experience

  • Hands-on practical experience delivering system design application development testing and operational stability

  • Advanced in one or more programming languages

  • Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods

  • Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Process

  • Experience in Design Develop Deploy and Supporting Application using Pega Platform

  • Hands-on Experience in Pega Installation and Upgrade

  • Proficient understanding of agile methodologies such as CI CD Testing and Performance
