Profile Requirement: 7 -8 years for experience in ServiceNow
•Broad IT experience of 6 - 8 years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives
•Minimum 4 years of experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules, 3rd party integrations and building custom applications
•Strong technical knowledge of all ServiceNow modules - Incident Management and Service Level Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Event Management, Knowledge Management, Service Request, Work Request Management, Software Asset Management, Asset Management , CMDB , Content Management
•Very good verbal and written English communication skills
•Effective time management, team handling and organizational skills Responsibilities
•Prepare overall architecture for ITSM implementation using ServiceNow
•Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept
•Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation.
•Should be able to act as company ambassador for ServiceNow, drive capability presentation, proposal defense discussions
Involves researching, developing, innovating and delivering effective and consistent solutions to support the infrastructure systems ensuring the application of current and emerging technologies.

• Hardware services/management;
• Documentation/Regulatory requirements;
• Remotely managed servers overseas, including
o System Monitoring;
o OS administration; User administration;
o Application Software support;
o Security Management;
o Back-up Services (monitoring only);
o Hardware Services (advisory).
• Developing and implementing service improvements;
• Attending with Active ownership of DR rehearsals;
• Monthly Reporting;
• Designing and implementing Ad-hoc project work requests; On-call cover and out of hours support.
• Qualification: Engineering or equivalent degree
• Should be proficient in Technology Solution Design
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
