What You-ll Do:
The Project Manager has the core responsibility to lead test engineering for current and/or new products under development.
The core function includes:
Oversight of the project(s), act as a focal point andTechnical lead for engineering to overall program team (R&D, Testdevelopers)
Diagnostics Development Planning - developing high levelschedule, action planning, follow-ups to achieve readiness for solutions andenabling product launch and refresh
Issue follow-up with product and development Team.
Close interaction and negotiation with Client for issueidentification, analysis and resolution
Architect, design and develop low level hardware diagnosticsTests, Support, maintain and enhance thediagnostic software package developed in C#
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 2-4 years with a strong desire forproject/program management in globally distributed project environment
Minimum 2-3 years of strong working experience on thefollowing technical environments
Software Architecture, Design, Development and applicationMaintenance, strong development experience using Visual Studio, C#
Microsoft Visual studio 2015
Microsoft Windows 10
Device drives architecture (Audio and Video) desired but notnecessary
Audio and Multi-Media devices and device drivers desired butnot necessary
Windows WMI, OpenGL , GDI , PCI specifications experiencedesired but not necessary
Familiarity with various Windows APIs such as SMBIOS, ACPI.ATA. SCSI
Familiarity with CDM, UEFI, SMBIOS
2-4 years of Windows kernel and hardware level debugging anddevelopment experience with Graphics, Video related Technology (Video memory,GPU etc.)
Strong Technical hands-on experience with PC manufacturingand supply Chain processes, PC hardware Diagnostic Test solutions, PC hardwareproduct structure, its components and Technologies (PC BIOS, Hard drive,Optical, Video, Storage, Fire-wire USB, CPU, Touch Screen etc.)
Good Understanding and strong perspective on various PChardware Technologies and its industry trends. Exposure to PC BIOS, Windows andHardware Industry Specifications such as SMBIOS, UEFI, Storage API (RAID etc.)
