Capgemini Engagement Director - SAP OTC Lead in Houston, Texas
Job description:
Extensive experience in Order to Cash processes and integrations with other modules. Leads facilitation of OTC workshops. Manages OTC deliverables, and staffing requirements. Primary face off to the client in the OTC space. Responsible for overseeing all delivery of the OTC requirements. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP OTC Lead / Senior Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Order to Cash processes and will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP OTC solutions to optimize our order management and revenue recognition processes.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP implementation projects, with a focus on order to cash, supply chain management, and customer service processes. Experience in order to cash processes for batch managed packaged, bulk and liquids products is needed. Knowledge of cross border intercompany process, advance ATP, integration with Transport management and global trade management is preferred.
Strong executive presence and ability to interact with CxO level
Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications.
Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required.
Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams.
Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies.
Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
MUST be willing to travel extensively, up to 100%.
A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services arena
Required Skills:
At least 2 life cycle implementations of SAP ECC and Expertise in leading blueprint workshops, SAP Configuration, Custom (PRICEFW) Development, Cutover Activities, Data Migration, Testing and User Training and hyper-care support experience
Expertise in SD-FI integrations (AR accounting, inventory accounting, inter-company processing), Experience in setting up SD pricing design and integration and Knowledge of SD-MM integration (MM fields impacting SD) and EDI Interface development strongly desired.
Strong client facing skills and ability to lead a team through all phases of SAP implementation.
Experience with and knowledge of SD in S/4HANA.
Experience: 9-13 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role)
Experience on SAP S/4 HANA implementations
Seeking experience with SAP Solutions within the Food Processing/ Protein Industry (Beef, Pork, Chicken or Fish).
Experience Implementing solutions such at catch weight, perishable food management, refrigerated transportation and warehousing, SAP Food Processing (MSG – Software), etc.
Preferred experience with Live Animal Procurement processing, Global Batch Traceability, Disassembly Process and Byproduct production and usage.
