What You-ll Do
Salesforce Cloud Experience: Experience working with one or more of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds. Knowledge of the data entities and ability to configure the platform with a focus on reports and dashboards to support business requirements.
Data Strategy and Mapping:Develop and implement comprehensive data strategies to support reporting needs. Understanding how data fields are related between Salesforce orgs and Clouds. Salesforce capabilities. Conduct thorough data mapping exercises to ensure seamless integration and data integrity across systems.
Salesforce Data Reporting:Utilize Salesforce reporting tools and analytics to generate actionable insights and support informed decision-making. Develop customized reports and dashboards to meet stakeholder needs.
Testing Experience:Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to validate that reports and other solution requirements are producing accurate results and are meeting the stakeholder requirements.
Stakeholder Management:Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address concerns. Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
Minimum education qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven Salesforce experience, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
Strong understanding of data strategy, data mapping, and data governance principles.
Proficiency in Salesforce data reporting tools, such as Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, Einstein Analytics, or Tableau CRM.
Experience in stakeholder management with strong written and verbal communication.
Testing experience in Salesforce environments is a plus.
Previous development experience, particularly with Salesforce customization (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning), is nice to have
Salesforce certifications in reporting, configuration, administration and/or development is a plus.
Ability to recommend ways to generate more value using the Salesforce platform is a plus.
