What You-ll Do
Client Responsibilities:
Ability to quickly diagnose production issues and come to root cause with a viable solution to fix the issue
Ability to quickly learn different applications to add features and maintain the applications over a period of time
Distill complex topics in a way that junior developers can understand problem conceptually and challenge the team to develop skills necessary to execute
Lead Backlog Refinement to prioritize and estimate work
Develop software components that meet coding standards and adhere to best practices
Understand different integration approaches to legacy systems and how to mitigate risks of implementation
Sogeti Responsibilities
Work within the Application & Cloud Technology practice to perform the following duties
Work with your practice manager to help solution sales proposals that fall in your realm of knowledge
Continually develop your professional skills through training and certification work
Interview candidates within the practice as the need arises
Participate in practice and unit functions such as All Hands Meetings, Hackathons, Happy Hours, etc.
Mentor others in the practice as they are assigned to you
Minimum education qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering
Proven track record of leading software development teams of 3-6 people
Strong professional experience in Python, React, Serverless Development(AWS Lambda, AWS Step Function), SQL,
Professional experience in Node.js, Typescript
Preferred to have AWS CDK
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
