Capgemini OSS Implementation Engineer in Irvine, California

Job Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite role)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated, driven, and collaborative OSS/ BSS Implementation Engineer with experience OSS Solutions implementation, system integration & delivery for large communication service providers!

Key responsibilities:

• Self-Starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a constantly evolving environment.

• Working with the lead architects for the design and implementation of various applications in the OSS domain and their integrations.

• Analysis of existing ‘As-Is’ architecture and interfaces.

• Implementation of the captured ‘To-Be’ requirements.

• Develop trusted relationship with project and program stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Over 5 years of experience in OSS Solutions implementation, system integration & delivery for large communication service providers. Expertise in more than one of Order Management, Network Inventory Management, Service Activation and Configuration Management.

• Experience in OSS COTS products like ServiceNow (OMT, TNI, TSOM, etc.), Blue Planet (SOO, MDSO, BPI, UAA, RA), other OSS Service Fulfillment and Service Assurance products,

• Working under the oversight of Technical Lead/OSS Consultant/Architect and in collaboration with all other members of the product team.

• Understanding of TM Forum business processes like order to activate, plan to provision, etc.

• Hands on experience in the programming languages like Java, Python and Java scripting, Shell scripting, workflow development and at least one of the databases like Oracle, MySQL, Graph DB, etc.
