Dynamics 365 Technical Solution Architect

Job Title: Dynamics 365 Technical Solution Architect

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate detailed design sessions from requirements gathering to support construction and deployment.

  • Design components in a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment with expertise in middleware tools, preferably Mulesoft.

  • Architect highly available and scalable Dynamics 365 solutions in both Online and On-Premise environments.

  • Develop solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and developer toolkits.

  • Create and manage SSRS reports, and have a working knowledge of Power BI.

  • Implement MS CRM third-party integrations using Middleware Tools, APIs, REST, ODATA, WebAPIs, and SSIS packages.

  • Utilize Azure services for integration including Azure Functions, Service Bus, etc.

  • Implement PCF controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate for system integrations.

  • Conduct data migration, data analysis, data mapping, and data harmonization using both OOB and third-party tools, with preferable experience in Azure Data Factory.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales & Service).

  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of products.

  • Experience with middleware tools (preferably Mulesoft) and Azure services.

  • Proficient in integration architecture and mapping integration patterns to functional usage.

  • Expertise in DevOps pipelines setup and cloud platform resource management.

  • Experience in data migration, analysis, and reporting using SSRS and Power BI.

  • Knowledge of Azure Data Factory is a plus.
