Job description:
In this role you will:
Ensure that the activities of the team and their results are planned and are progressing as per the plan
Develop, harmonize, maintain and update Schedules for each phase of the separation program
Key responsibilities:
Supervise the planning process (tasks vis a vis resources/capacity)
Monitor the Risks and ensure the required communications
Provide the status of the progress, drumbeat the actions and put in place the relevant critical metrics and corrective action plans
Lead coordinated team weekly meetings
Run the integration of the work package schedule, per supplier and ensure its harmonization with the overall program schedule and across other work packages
Identify and report issues and risks with mitigation plans per supplier
Ensure effective delivery, review and approval of all results in each program phase
Ensure compliance to all governing documents and processes
Participate in problem solving and recovery plans when required to maintain key timeline gains for vendors/suppliers.
Ensure timely presentation of changes to the board of executives.
Prepare information summarizing costs per work package;
Actively supervise and report the progress at all stages of theproject for suppliers
Required Skills
Qualifications:
You have an Engineering Bachelor degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
You have five (5) to ten (10) years of proven experience in project management.
You have some experience in relation to PM domain and / or aeronautic industry.
A PMP Certification would be an asset.
You demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
You have outstanding skills in MS Office (Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and Google Suite.
You are a standout colleague with strong communication skills, who communicates well with the variety business partners involved!
