Job Title: Enterprise AI Architect (Marketing Analytics)

Job Location : Hybrid (preferred base locations - Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, NYC Area, San Fran, or Seattle)

Job description: The experienced and visionary AI Architect will lead the design and development of AI-assisted marketing analytics solutions across various client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the architectural framework, ensuring scalability, and integrating sophisticated AI and machine learning technologies to meet customer marketing and business intelligence needs.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that drive business growth, while enhancing customer engagement.

Required Skills:

  • Architectural Design and Strategy:o Lead the design and development of the overall architecture for the AI marketing intelligence tool.o Ensure the architecture is scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.o Develop architectural roadmaps and strategies that align with business goals and technology trends.o Evaluate and select appropriate AI and machine learning technologies, frameworks, and platforms.o Guide the team in best practices for AI and machine learning model development and deployment.o Ensure integration of AI models into existing systems and workflows.o Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of the AI marketing intelligence tool.o Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of milestones.o Lead technical risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.o Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science.o Drive innovation by experimenting with new technologies and methodologies.o Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the architecture and technology stack.o Communicate architectural decisions, plans, and roadmaps to technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Technical Leadership/Mentorship:o Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of the AI marketing intelligence tool.o Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of milestones.o Manage technical risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.o Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers.o Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.o Provide technical leadership and expertise across the organization.

  • Technical Skills & Experience:o 7 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field.o Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale AI solutions.o Previous experience in an architectural or technical leadership role.o Deep expertise in AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).o Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, Java, or C .o Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and MLOps practices.o Extensive experience with data processing tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka).o Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.o Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.o Knowledge of data architecture and data engineering best practices.o Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and deep learning techniques.o Familiarity with reinforcement learning and its applications in marketing.o Relevant certifications in cloud computing, data science, or AI architecture
