Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG ) Cloud- Technical Architect
Job description:
• Expert in designing quality, scalable, and performant solutions on the Salesforce platform and eco system.
• Health checks / Org Assessment of the platform and provide recommendations on design and best practices.
• Participate in Design Authority meetings and provide recommendations to Salesforce\'s Well architected framework.
• Forward looking and be aware of the future platform capabilities and ability to map to customer requirements.
• Evaluate existing Salesforce implementation and make recommendations for improvements or modifications.
• Review business requirements documentation, technical design documentation and participate in peer reviews with project\'s technical architects.
• Perform POC\'s to prove out the business requirements.
• Will need CG Cloud Experience/Knowledge
Advanced Maps:
• Strategic Planning: Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating advanced mapping features within Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Technical Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, geospatial data, and Google Maps APIs.
• Customization and Optimization: Customize mapping solutions to meet specific field operation needs, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Integration with Field Operations: Collaborate with field teams to implement route optimization, store territory visualization, and smart visit planning.
• Scalable Solutions: Design scalable and efficient mapping solutions that enhance productivity for field representatives.
CG Cloud offline app:
o Proven track record of implementing and customizing the Consumer Goods mobile app.
o Ability to create deployment packages, define UI, and implement business logic.
o Understanding of mobile app architecture and data synchronization.
o Proficiency in VS Code based Modeler for app definition and deployment packaging.
o Strong understanding of Cordova (acts as a container for hosting the app).
o Experience with SQLite (used for the mobile database), NodeJS, JavaScript, HTML 5, and CSS for app customization.
o Understanding of Design contracts (XML representation) to implement UI and business logic.
• Knowledge on writing Salesforce SOQL Query, Custom REST API integration, offline management (using SMARTSTORE)
• Well versed working in VS studio/Salesforce CLI IDE
• Well versed with sync architecture on offline mobile app implementation
