Job Title: CX and Marketing AI Lead

Job Location: Hybrid (preferred base location: Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, NYC area, San Fran, & Seattle)

Job description: The CX and Marketing AI Lead will have expertise in omni-channel marketing analytics and customer experience. As a subject matter authority in the space, this role will lead and drive the development and implementation of next generation customer experience and customized marketing solutions using the latest AI platforms, Generative AI, and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of data driven customer experience and marketing solutions using industry leading platforms and Generative AI solutions.

  • Solution Design: Work with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to establish high-level solutions.

  • Craft and develop groundbreaking customer journey, customized marketing and media optimization solutions for B2B and B2C customers.

  • Lead all partnerships with CX and marketing AI platforms.

  • Lead the development and deployment of generative AI models for text generation, including language generation, content creation, and customized marketing.

  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on Customer Experience technologies and understand complementary technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other relevant domains. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and recommend suitable technologies for specific use cases.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on the latest advancements in conversational AI and generative modeling. Conduct ongoing research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

  • Teamwork: Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions. Work closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers to leverage data-driven insights for model development.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in mathematics, computer science, artificial intelligence, or a relevant field. Advanced degrees (e.g., Master's, Ph.D.) preferred.

  • Validated experience in deploying and using AI-driven marketing and customer experience solutions.

  • Strong understanding of ML and advanced analytics solutions to optimize marketing campaign strategies, customer targeting, customer experience analytics, performance optimization, and more.

  • Expertise with AI-assisted tools for customer segmentation, predictive analytics, measurement, and personalization.

  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python, Java, or C . Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar preferred.

  • Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques, including intent recognition, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, and dialogue management.

  • Expertise AI-driven marketing and CX solutions (e.g., Adobe Firefly/Sensei, Faraday.ai, Sprinklr) and generative modeling techniques (e.g., GPT, Transformer models) to drive bespoke experiences.

  • Highly preferred: Experience with Technology, Telco, Life Sciences, Media or Retail domains
