Capgemini Salesforce Salescloud Solution Lead in San Francisco, California

Job description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Sales Process Analysis: Plan, facilitate, and lead comprehensive discovery of clients' desired processes, reporting, and workflows related to the following:• Lead Management • Opportunity Management • Whole Offer Based Sales• Account Planning • People.ai (MVP functionality and integration) • Forecasting • CPQ• Contract Management via iCertis• Order Header visibility • Asset and entitlement visibility • Annual / Monthly recurring revenue reporting

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their Salesforce journey.

  • Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and objectives; work with architects to translate requirements in Salesforce solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of Salesforce updates, releases, and emerging technologies, and proactively recommend enhancements and optimizations to clients' Salesforce environments.

  • Customization and Configuration: Manage onshore and offshore team to Utilize Salesforce platform tools and features to customize and configure solutions, including but not limited to custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and automation.

  • Integration Management: Work with architects to design and oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.

  • User Training and Adoption: Provide input to Change Management and Training leads on training programs and materials to educate users on new processes, features, and functionalities, driving high adoption rates and user satisfaction.

  • Quality Assurance: Manage onshore and offshore team to ensure thorough testing of implemented solutions to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with client requirements and specifications.

  • Project Management: Assist project manager from inception to completion with managing timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets effectively to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, CPQ

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce CRM implementation and configuration, with a focus on sales process design and optimization.

  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, covering at least half of the areas below:• Lead Management • Opportunity Management • Whole Offer Based Sales• Account Planning • People.ai (MVP functionality and integration) • Forecasting • CPQ• Contract Management via iCertis• Order Header visibility • Asset and entitlement visibility • Annual / Monthly recurring revenue reporting

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business processes, identify gaps, and recommend effective solution.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage teams, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
