Job Title: Microsoft Partner Development Executive

Job Description: Capgemini's Partner Development Executive (PDE) is an experienced, aggressive sales professional with the main responsibility to sell new business for our partners and Capgemini. The primary focus of a Microsoft PDE is to drive new business and pipeline growth across a defined target account list by positioning the value of partner solutions and platforms. You will work with both the Capgemini and Microsoft salesforce to drive demand generation programs and to grow the pipeline while collaborating with Marketing, Business Units and Delivery Units. You will be responsible for qualifying deals and may assist with deal proposal and closing for partner deals across the target accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate will have a solutions sales background with 5 years of prior experience in direct channel sales or similar partner relationship roles.
In-depth knowledge of driving the entire sales cycle, including:
Demand generation and deal qualification/support
Understands partner influence revenue metrics and the ability to drive revenue growth
Ability to assemble and guide the pursuit team working with partner teams
Orchestrating discovery meetings with partners and linking solutions to customer pain points (Consultative Selling / Value Selling)
Ability to forecast accurate numbers
Structuring and driving Demand Generation to drive pipeline growth:
Develop and nurture new pipeline opportunities through various marketing activities, cold calling, networking, teaming with the partner channel and Capgemini’s Industry teams
Ability to define demand generation strategies in each of the target market segments
Present Capgemini capabilities, service offerings and differentiators via the phone, email, virtually and in person
Maintains industry, sector, and partner solution knowledge by attending key workshops; growing personal networks; and participating in professional events
Experienced positioning “bold plays”, value propositions and differentiation to senior executives
Understanding of market conditions, client’s needs and how Capgemini services best meet those needs; propose appropriate solutions to meet those needs and secure new clients
Required Skills:
Experience building GTM plans
Strong communications and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills
Self-guided and motivated individual capable of producing with minimal oversight
Proven track record of exceeding quotas
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial in nature
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
Innate drive to succeed with a willingness to act
Results oriented
Experience with Microsoft and Microsoft solutions
Microsoft certifications a plus
