What You-ll Do:
Performadvanced, diverse, and confidential duties that may be administrative innature or project based.
Manage producttesting team, providing support, vision, problem resolution, and planning.
Develop andutilize forecasting models to manage resources, planning and operationalsupport.
Overseedevelopment, execution, and analysis of software test results.
Analyzedata-driven results to evaluate effectiveness of current product testingprograms and policies to ensure they are aligned with business objectivesand cost-effectiveness.
Select,monitor, develop and evaluate employee performance.
Set and executeoperational objectives for area of responsibility, in alignment withglobal peers.
Manageobjectives for both cross-functional teams and direct reports.
Ensure strictadherence to corporate prototype security policies and procedures.
Ensurecompliance with all company policies and procedures, including safetyrules and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experienceleading test teams: 8+ years
PersonnelManagement experience: 5+ years
Experience withgray/white/black box test methods
Experience withgame engines, content and asset editors, and shared technologies
Experiencebuilding and maintaining strategic partnerships and developing insourceand outsource solutions
Good to have:
Gamedevelopment experience while in a QA leadership role
ISTQB AdvancedTest Manager Level or equivalent
Codingknowledge: XML/HTML, JavaScript, Python, Java, C/C++/C#, or SQL
Good to have certificationin any of the following: PMP, Scrum Master, ISTQB

Minimum education qualification
- Bachelor'sDegree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
