• GoodUnderstanding & Experience in ServiceNow, specifically ServiceCatalog, ITSM Request Fulfillment, and Flow Designer.

• Determineproblem areas within our current Service Catalog framework and recommendsolutions

• Developprocesses with ServiceNow that improve user access and navigation of ourService Catalog

• Supportthe design of custom catalogue items, working with business partners andthe Service Catalog manager and the Product Manager for implementation

• Collaboratewith the project manager and system analyst to establish timelines,specifications, technical documentation, and forms

• Implementand monitor changes to ensure a smooth transition

• Client-centricfocus, strong communication, and teamwork skills to work optimallywith multi-functional teams.

• Ensureeffective collaboration and communication with vendor partners to meetproject goals and timelines.

• Driveagile delivery practices to ensure flexibility, efficiency, andresponsiveness in solution delivery.

ServiceNow Developer Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor'sdegree in computer science, information technology, computer informationsystems, or a similar field

• Workingwith ServiceNow, including configuring an ITSM service catalog andworkflow design using Flow Designer

• ServiceNowscripting / JavaScript experience a plus

• ServiceNowIntegrationHub experience a big plus

• ServiceNowAdministrator Fundamentals certification is a plus

• Excellentcommunication and organizational skills

Minimum educationqualification:

• Bachelor'sDegree
