Job Title: System Analyst - Workflow Orchestration
Job location: West Lake, Texas
Job description:
Capgemini is seeking Workflow Orchestration analyst with good BPMN implementation experience driving complex process transformation portfolios and Implementing Business Process flows.
Qualifications:
Experience delivering technical projects across workflow orchestration platform.
Must have BPMN-Process implementation experience, project management experience, Business Analytics experience.
Nice to have reporting tool- Power Bi or Tableau, support tools.
Documenting functional and non-functional requirements and design/ development of technical solutions that meet the business needs.
Working with collaborators to define and document business processes and systems.
Implementing Business Process flows
Performing Source Systems (Salesforce) integration testing and POC (proof-of-concept) when needed
Testing technical build to ensure functionality of solution that meet the business requirements.
Integration testing (API & BOT)
Experience with Agile and SDLC methodologies
Providing post Go Live Support
